3 ways to relax after a long day


When was the last time you let yourself relax.

Last week I had a headache so bad my entire face hurt. I couldn’t remember the last time I took a real break. These are some of the ways I like to relax after a long day.

Limit screen time:

It’s not always possible to cut out screen time completely so cutting down unessential screen time is a good compromise

Cook something:

Try out a new recipe, or use one of your favorites.

Go outdoors:

Go on a hike, visit a zoo, or botanical garden. Walk around your neighborhood
